KANI BOT dissolution and selection of new BOT members
The president based on the newly adopted constitution dissolved the existing BOT members and announced the names of the newly selected BOT members.
The old / outgoing BOT members are thus
- Mr Chigbo Ogualili Hypolite (BOT Chairman)
- Mr Ugochukwu Mba
- Mr Ibrahim Masud
- Mr Idowu Peters
The newly appointed BOT members are
- Dr Sarumoh Muhammad Bolu (KANI President)
- Mr Adeyemi Emmanuel (KANI Secretary) and statutorily BOT secretary
- Mr Akande Oluwasegun
- Mr Abdulazeez Idiaro

Mr Chigbo declined his nomination but all others accepted the nomination into the BOT.
There was only one dissention by Mr Mba Ugochukwu which was overridden by a unanimous vote accepting the new BOT into force. Our legal representative is therefore to proceed to effect these changes at the level of the CAC.
